What this site is

playloth.com is the teaser site for Legacy of the Horizon, a tabletop role-playing game and digital platform by Kuykendall Industries (Montgomery Kuykendall). Everything here is promotional and informational. The 2026 launch window, the pricing tiers, and the feature descriptions are announced plans — they may change without notice, and nothing on this site is a binding offer.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — the Legacy of the Horizon name, the lore, the civilizations and their names, the artwork, the galaxy map, the soundtrack, and the text — is the property of Montgomery Kuykendall / Kuykendall Industries and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the site freely. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit its content without written permission.

Joining the email list means you consent to receive Legacy of the Horizon launch and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time — see the Privacy Policy for how your email is handled.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the site: no attempting to breach, overload, or probe the signup endpoint or hosting infrastructure, no scraping content for redistribution or for training datasets, and no submitting email addresses that are not yours.

Third-party services

The optional soundtrack player is provided by Spotify, and links may lead to external sites. Those services are governed by their own terms, not these.

No warranties

The site is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuykendall Industries and Montgomery Kuykendall are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
